   Shapley Shadow is a dress form company founded in 1997 by Ilona Foyer in Malibu, California. Utilizing 3-D bodyscanning technology to capture a particular body image, it makes a dress form that is perfectly symmetrical for use by designers, manufacturers, and retailers alike.
